Frequently Asked Questions
Get quick answers to the most common questions about our polyurea coatings, installation process, warranties, and service areas. If you need more details, we’re always happy to help.
How long does the installation take?
Most residential projects — including garages, patios, and driveways are completed in just one day. Larger commercial jobs may take longer depending on size and condition.
How long will my new floor last?
With proper installation and maintenance, polyurea coatings can last 15–20+ years. They’re engineered to outperform epoxy in strength, UV stability, and long-term durability.
Is polyurea really better than epoxy?
Yes. Polyurea is 4× stronger than traditional epoxy, cures faster, resists UV damage, and remains flexible to prevent cracking. It also won’t yellow or peel like standard epoxy can.
Do you repair cracks?
We fill cracks using a deep-bonding method similar to a dentist repairing a cavity. This ensures a stronger, cleaner surface.
How soon can I walk or park on the floor?
You can walk on the floor the next morning, place light items back after 24 hours, and park vehicles or heavy items after about 36 hours, thanks to the fast-curing properties of our polyurea system.
Can I choose my own color or flake blend?
Yes — we offer a wide range of flake blends, colors, and styles. We also provide guidance to help you find the perfect look for your space.
How do I clean my polyurea-coated floor?
To clean your floor, start by sweeping away any loose dust and debris. Mix soap with clean water and use a bristle brush to scrub the surface, repeating as needed for tougher spots. After scrubbing, lightly rinse the area with clean water—just avoid using too much water or flooding the floor. Use a foam squeegee to push the water toward a drain or out of the area, then allow the floor to dry completely before use. Fans can help speed up drying. For best results, perform this cleaning on a regular schedule to prevent dirt buildup and keep your floor looking its best.
